Our Mission

Young Industry is the Federation of Austrian Industry's platform for young economic operators from industry and related sectors.

We provide a high-value network, promote a targeted transfer of knowledge, and take positions on current and future issues of industrial and social policy.

Our Vision

Young Industry presents itself as an independent platform. We want to assert our positions and defend them with vigour and confidence.

The focus of our activities is Austria. At the same time, we co-operate intensively with the Federation of Austrian Industry and with other youth organisations, with European affairs assuming a growing importance for us.

Industry is the driving force in Austria.

The quality of our network is crucial for us. Among our active members, we hope to see the most innovative people with an entrepreneurial mindset from industry and related areas.

We are target-oriented. The Federal Board, representing the regional organisations of Young Industry, defines the priorities and issues of Young Industry.

We intend to use the knowledge and experience of our members in order to take an influence on issues of economic and social policy with a view to securing the position of Styria as a modern location for industry and business.

We are open-minded, dynamic, young economic operators, between 18 and 40 years of age, determined to assert our interests and contribute towards securing future success on a sustainable basis.

For us, industry internationally stands for successful performance along the value-creation chain through an efficient use of resources. Industry is a future-oriented and responsible employer, striving for economic success through innovative solutions.
